Lily Fletcher is a 21year old professional dancer and choreographer. She started dancing competitively at the age of 15 and began teaching and choreographing at 18. Since then, she has continued to develop her artistry through training, performance, teaching, and choreography.

Lily recently graduated from The CLI Conservatory, where she had the opportunity to train in a wide range of dance styles and expand her versatility as a performer. During her time at CLI, she gained valuable experience performing both on stage and on camera while continuing to build confidence, technique, and individuality as an artist. Her training has allowed her to explore different styles and approaches to movement while developing her own unique voice as a dancer and choreographer.

Throughout her career, Lily has also enjoyed sharing her passion for dance with others through teaching and choreography. She loves creating movement, connecting with other dancers, and helping students grow in their own confidence and artistry.

Over the next year, Lily will be joining Royal Caribbean as a professional dancer aboard the Mariner of the Seas! This exciting opportunity will allow her to take her passion for dance to stages around the world, perform for audiences from different cultures, travel to incredible destinations, and continue growing as a professional artist alongside an incredible team. She is excited to begin this next chapter and see where her career in dance takes her.
